DAY 1 – Fly over the beautiful southern sea board with a bird’s eye view over most of the eastern hills of Sri Lanka, including the amazing Adam’s peak. Arrive at the Koggala Airport and be driven to Amazing, Peaceful and exclusive The Frangipani Tree–Thalpe Enjoy a peaceful evening, watch the sunset, feed the sparrows and try to spot Sea Turtles.

DAY 2 – Enjoy the Hotel and our signature massages or go out and experience one or more of our Four complimentary activities.

DAY 3 -Take a short but scenic drive to Villa Mayurana–Ahanagama but don’t forget to stop and watch still fishing on the way, which is unique only to Sri Lanka. Arrive at the 6-acre Cinnamon Plantation and stay in a Colonial suite in the beautiful Villa Mayurana. Don’t miss The Cinnamon Experience and enjoy the amazing seafood on offer.

DAY 4 – Wake up to your favourite beverage and watch the beautiful wild Peacocks that visit the property. Swim in our Eternity Pool, enjoy our spa and gym but also don’t forget to go out and enjoy one or more of the 4 complimentary activities on offer.

DAY 5 – Enjoy the drive to Kandy. Watch the scenery and culture change as you journey from the beautiful oceans to the Central Hills. Enjoy a heavenly night that only The Hermitage–Kandy could offer.

DAY 6 – Being on the site of an Ancient Hermitage take time off to explore the 6-acre virgin forest surrounding the building, take a walk along the Lake and watch Monkeys and birds in their abundance.Take a swim in our eternity pool, read in our library or Have a massage, but don’t miss a visit to The Temple of the Tooth Relic and the Peradeniya Gardens.

DAY 7 – Go with plenty of Banana’s and your camera on the ready because neither will you encounter so many friendly monkeys nor scenery that will make even heaven proud. Emerge from tea plantations and Check into the Hill Rise-Nuwara Eliya.

DAY 8 – Don’t miss a trip to The Horton Planes and see 6 or more species of now extinct flora and fauna. At the same time visit our own stables and enjoy some time with the Horses. Cap the day off with a drink near the fire place.

DAY 9 – Be driven to the airport and experience the thousands of acres of tea plantations and beautiful water falls. Enjoy Ceylon Tea on the way.
