Payment and Cancellation

Any Cancellation should be requested 21 Days Prior to the provided check-in date.

Cancellations within 21 days will be subjected to 50% charge,& within 14 days of arrival result in 100% charge of accommodation and services.

During the high season (15th December - 28th February) cancellation within 45 days of arrival will incur a 50% charge of the initial deposit and cancellation within 21 days of arrival will result in 100% charge of accommodation and services.

Irrespective of the above rules the company reserves the right to charge full payment in advance if it anticipates a raise in Taxes or other External costs, to protect the Interests of the Guests. The above cancellation policy will be in force even in such circumstances.

In case the hotel being able to recover a booking within the cancellation period, cancellation charges may be waived, or a credit allowed for costs of a stay in future.

Comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation is recommended.

Payment Information:

Please note that we will only request you to make payments related to bookings and services associated with Edwards Collection to Sampath Bank in Sri Lanka and to the following legal entities only: The Mansion Kandy PVT LTD and Green Fields Consultancy Services LTD.

Payments and Cancellation for Weddings and Events

Payment Terms:

A 50% deposit of the total quotation is required for confirmation.

The balance payment is due two months before the event date.

Reservation Requirement:

The entire villa must be reserved for a minimum of 3 nights.

If the minimum reservation requirement is not met, a USD 2000 location fee will be added.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to the wedding or event date for a full refund.

For cancellations made 30 days prior, 75% of the advance payment will be refunded.

Security Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of USD 1350 is required for weddings and events exceeding 30 guests.
