Payment and Cancellation

Any Cancellation should be requested 21 Days Prior to the provided check-in date.

Cancellations within 21 days will be subjected to 50% & within 14 days of arrival result in 100% charge of accommodation and services.

During the high season (15th December – 28th February) cancellation within 45 days of arrival will incur a 50% charge of the initial deposit and cancellation within 21 days of arrival will result in 100% charge of accommodation and services.

Irrespective of the above rules the company reserves the right to charge full payment in advance if it envisages a raise in Taxes or other External costs, to protect the Interests of the Guests. The above cancellation policy will be in force even in such circumstances.

In case the hotel being able to recover a booking within the cancellation period, cancellation charges may be waived, or a credit allowed for costs of a stay in future.

Comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation is recommended.
